Whether it's about our own emotions or difficult external influences: we can only be a healing presence in the face of life's challenges if we stand firmly within our own safe space . Only when we can decide for ourselves whether to clearly define boundaries or open up, to move close or keep our distance, is contact safe and on equal footing.


If we fail to hold our own space, feelings of powerlessness, anger, fear, overwhelm, and despair arise. We lose touch with our strength and agency and remain trapped in a cycle of suffering. The ability to claim our own space and maintain it in connection with others is one of the most important prerequisites for healing and inner growth.

In this audio meditation, you will learn how to energize yourself and give yourself as much space as you need to feel completely connected and safe. Through your breath, you will connect with heaven and earth, learning to strengthen and energize yourself.

Nourished and connected to this energy, you will be guided to create enough distance in all directions from all problematic aspects (your own and others) to feel safe and comfortable. With this space of well-being around you, you remain free, self-sufficient, and clearly defined, allowing you to face life with your full strength.
